When should I book my travel?

We recommend reviewing the event schedule on Cruise360.org before booking your flights. The published schedule reflects the best estimate of when conference activities begin and end and should be used when planning your arrival and departure.

Most attendees participate in one Ship Inspection. If additional inventory remains available, you may have the opportunity to register for a second Ship Inspection; however, Ship Inspections are offered on separate days, with no more than one per day. Many Cruise360 activities require advance selection, including CLIA Seminars, Product & Destination Workshops, Cruise Line Showcases, Ship Inspections, and sponsored meals.

Because pre-scheduling opens on a staggered timeline, we encourage you to watch your email carefully, so you don't miss the opportunity to select your preferred sessions and events.

Will CLIA Cruise360 ever ask me to send credit card or personal information via email?

Phishing email scams often state there was an “error” or “some kind of problem” with your payment and ask you to fill out the attached credit card payment authorization and email it to a specific address. The emails may also ask for a copy of a photo ID.

These emails are a scam. Please do not send your credit card information or your photo ID to anyone by email. CLIA will never ask you to submit payment information via email, as it is not secure.

However, as with most scams of this type—which are becoming increasingly common in our digital world—the most powerful tool to combat these efforts is awareness and vigilance.
